For this weeklong jam, my team of six created a two player puzzle platformer that takes place entirely on a constantly tipping platform. The two players must balance the platform and fight off goblin enemies in order to escape.
This project ran into many issues with group members not wanting to partake. Although there is no true final product (missing most UI, many assets, and a finished plot), I am still very proud of the solution I came up with for the photography system.
I have been creating a “pod” managing app that helps card game friend groups keep track of statistics for win rates, investigate each other’s decklists, and organize tournaments.
This weeklong jam took place in the middle of October so we decided to make a Halloween themed game. In Haunted Housekeeping you play as a haunted house that no longer wants to be infested by the forces of evil, so you hire a clumsy builder to do some repairs. The main struggle is keeping him alive.
This was a very unique 72 hour jam experience because I was the only person to touch the engine or any of the code. In this game you play as a wizard who must follow their customers hints and craft special charms to help with their problems.
